Contact form

If you write to us using the contact form, we process the data you provide (first name, last name, email address, message and, optionally, a subject) solely to handle your enquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures taken at your request) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

Retention period: we store your message until your enquiry has been fully dealt with and beyond that only where statutory retention obligations apply.

The data is transmitted to our servers in encrypted form (HTTPS). It is not passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.

Cookies and consent

This website uses:

  • Technically necessary storage (e.g. your cookie settings in localStorage) – required for the website to work.
  • Google Analytics (Google Tag GT-PBNR4FJ) – only with your express consent via our cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2).

You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer of the page. Without consent to Analytics, no analytics cookies are set and no Google Tag is loaded.

We do not use profiling cookies.

Google Analytics

If you have given your consent, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies to analyse your use of the website. The information generated by the cookies (including your shortened IP address) may be transferred to and stored on Google servers.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

Google may use this information to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website use. More information: Google Privacy Policy.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by deactivating Analytics in the cookie settings.

Embedded content and external services

Google Maps on the contact page is only loaded after you click; until then no connection to Google is made.

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and to the app lead to external providers. Their data processing is governed by the respective providers’ privacy policies.

Your rights

As a data subject, you have the following rights vis-à-vis the controller with regard to your personal data under Art. 15–22 GDPR:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR).

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
